Groups of divers of the Turkish Armed Forces secured a mine that was found off the coast of Ignada region, near the border with Bulgaria, the Turkish Ministry of Defense announced today.
Russia has warned that mines have been swept away by currents away from Ukrainian ports amid fighting, and authorities on Saturday warned ships to stay away as a group of divers inspected another mine in the area.
The ministry announced today that the teams that have been deployed in the area have started the operation to neutralize the mine.
