VIDEO: Man sets himself on fire in Constantinople (Hard images)

A 28-year-old man set himself on fire in front of the Galata Tower in Istanbul last night, with the images that circulated on social media being harsh.

According to Turkish media, for an unknown reason, he covered his clothes with flammable liquid and then set himself on fire.

The shopkeepers of the surrounding area intervened with a fire extinguisher, while the image shocked those who were there. The severely injured young man fell to the ground. Police and an ambulance arrived and transported him to the hospital with serious injuries.

He has 2nd and 3rd degree burns on his body. A bus ticket from Konya was found in his pocket. A tablet was found in his burning bag, which the police received and investigated.
