The police in Limassol handcuffed a 28-year-old person, for a case of demanding money with threats. The incident was reported to the Police shortly after 19:00 at night, with the accused being taken into custody.
According to the Police, the case was committed from 9 to 15 October 2021, with a woman complaining to the Authorities that she was receiving threats from a man asking her for 4,500 euros for a debt that, according to the perpetrator, her husband owed for drugs. .
Authorities found out during the investigation of the case that the complainant's husband is serving a prison sentence in the Central Prison for a drug case. Police investigations continue.
