An incident was recorded at the District Welfare Office shortly before noon when migrants entered the building, demanding to receive their financial aid.
According to the Spokesman of the Paphos Police Directorate and Head of the Paphos TAE Michalis Nikolaou, around 11:30 the Paphos Police was informed by the Welfare Office that several people had gathered outside the building and were protesting about their checks. Some of them, he continued, allegedly entered the building in the vestibule, caused a disturbance and pushed three female welfare office workers.
