The family of the 33-year-old who died suddenly at the Larnaca General Hospital filed a complaint with the Police for medical negligence.
It is recalled that the 33-year-old ended up on February 8 at the Larnaca hospital.
The police had been notified by the management of the hospital and were informed that the woman had been transported to the First Aid by her husband with shortness of breath and pain in the lower extremities. Due to the severity of her condition, she was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit, but ended up a little later.
According to the police, a legal autopsy was performed on the body the next day, while the histopathological and toxicological examinations are expected to shed more light on the causes.
