Gioni is evaluated by the Police - Meeting of the Chief with an investigative team

The letter of the activist Elias Gionis has been in the hands of the Police since yesterday afternoon, with the data which he stated that he has regarding a pimping circuit and the involvement of Cypriots.

Speaking about the issue, the Spokesman of the Police, Christos Andreou, stated that the evaluation of the information for further investigation began yesterday.

Asked to comment if this is information or posts, Mr. Andreou said that "it is information and photos from various posts that he received".

At the same time, he appealed to the public when he has information specifically for such crimes, to contact the Police.

Finally, he stated that the Chief of Police will meet today with the investigative team to be informed, in order to give the appropriate instructions.
