A happy mother is looking for answers to the death of her son in the occupied territories

A happy mother from Britain is looking for answers to the death of her 23-year-old son, who lost his life under unclear circumstances in Cyprus, specifically in the occupied territories.

Jordan Cook, 23, died in May and his death was attributed to suicide by the occupying authorities.

However, the mother of 23-year-old Charlene Dobson-Smith believes that the pseudo-police did not conduct a thorough investigation and launched an online campaign to raise money to travel to Cyprus.

The unfortunate young man had moved to the occupied 18 months before being found dead. His mother describes him as "ambitious, friendly and happy", while he believes that there is something else behind his death.

Speaking to the British media, he said: "It happened on May 21 this year. I was not able to go (to Cyprus) then. But now I am at the stage of answers. "I want answers and considering how the UNHCR and the (so-called) 'police' treated me, I feel disgusted."

He went on to say: "I have to get a lawyer to help me talk to the (so-called) 'police' there, I am not allowed to do it alone. "I was told that if I showed up, I would be deported because they did not like people asking questions or criticizing."

She explained that her son was on the balcony with another person, while the information is confused as to which floor the 23-year-old fell from.

He concludes by emphasizing that: "I will never see him get married, have grandchildren. He would be a fantastic dad and husband. I invested in his future. It was my world. There is no closing, I can not mourn properly. I need justice for him. I can not proceed until I receive these answers. "
