The Ministry of Health based on better service to citizens, offers the opportunity to people who want to make an appointment for vaccination against the disease COVID-19 and through the telephone lines of the Ministry of Health 22 60 54 00, 97 71 01 01 and 97 71 02 02.
It is clarified that citizens can contact by phone at the above phones from Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m. After 4 p.m., citizens can send text message only on mobile phones 97 71 01 01 and 97 71 02 02.
The appointment for vaccination against the disease COVID-19 will be arranged only within the week of the telephone communication by the citizen, as the staff managing the telephone calls knows about the availability of appointments at the Vaccination Centers all over Cyprus only for the current week.
It is clarified again that in the specific telephone lines can not be reprogrammed 1th dose arranged through the Vaccination Portal by the beneficiary himself. Citizens who for any reason wish to reschedule an appointment for 1η dose, should contact the call center 1474, cancel their appointment and arrange a new one through the Vaccination Portal or by phone.
Please note that reprogramming requests have been sent to the email address vacrescheduling@mphs.moh.gov.cy will be arranged normally to serve the citizens.
Finally, it is pointed out that the Vaccination Portal remains open continuously and interested citizens can schedule an appointment with the available vaccines.
