In an announcement, EMEL notes that the Administrative Court, in today's Judgment, "justified" her appeal for the award of the public passenger transport contract in the District of Limassol for the period 2022-2032. The Decision of the Court justified EMEL as to the reasons of the appeal that concern legal and qualitative criteria ".
As stated in the announcement, "EMEL expects that in the immediate future, the Contracting Authority, ie the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works, in the immediate future will review the Court Decision and will invite EMEL to sign the new contract."
