Interim Report of Naturalizations: In publicity with limited exceptions

The Investigative Committee of the Exceptional Naturalization of Foreign Investors and Entrepreneurs announced that the Attorney General will make public the Interim Report of the Commission after making anonymity and limited exceptions for reasons of public interest.

Specifically, the Investigative Committee announced that it had a consultation with the Attorney General today, Friday, regarding the publication of its Interim Report.

The announcement states that it was agreed that anonymization will be done based on the current legislation and that the principles were also agreed upon, based on which the Attorney General will make limited exceptions regarding the publication of the Interim Report, for reasons of public interest.

The Investigative Committee of Exceptional Naturalizations of Foreign Investors and Entrepreneurs was established following decrees of the Attorney General of the Republic, dated 07.09.2020, 14.10.2020, 01.12.2020 and 04.03.2021.
