Today the weather will be mostly clear, but locally there will be increased clouds. The winds will blow mainly northeast, weak to moderate 3 to 4 Beaufort and transient on the windward coast, up to strong 5 Beaufort. The sea will be a little rough and upwind to rough. The temperature will rise to 14 degrees inland, around 16 on the coasts and 4 degrees in the higher mountains, where locally frost is likely to form.
