YKAN handcuffed a 43-year-old woman after her minor daughter complained that her mother had given her to smoke a handmade cigarette containing cannabis.
According to information, the 16-year-old who is under the care of the Welfare Office, went yesterday to the Limassol Police Department, accompanied by the officer who monitors her, and complained that in early June, during the meeting she had with her mother in a park in Limassol, gave to smoke a cannabis cigarette.
