According to today's announcement of the Police, the incident took place last Sunday, July 14, when the sergeant approached the voices of the child's parents, providing him with First Aid for the opening of the airway.
After about a minute and the appropriate actions of the sergeant, the child, who apparently had drowned (tracheal obstruction) from swallowing food, regained consciousness.
