Student parades with safe passes and precautions

On the basis of negotiations between the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth and the Ministry of Health, student parades will be held exceptionally, with the approval of the Minister of Health, with the observance of specific health precautions.

Specifically, the students who will participate must have a Health Certificate (SafePass), such as the one that is valid in secondary schools. The number of participants will be reduced by about half compared to the pre-pandemic period, based on instructions given to schools.

The public that will attend the parades must have a Health Certificate (SafePass) like the one provided in the current Decree.
