New Yellow Warning for tomorrow - The temperature will reach 40 degrees

A new Yellow Warning has been issued by the Department of Meteorology for Friday.

Specifically, it will come into effect at 12:00 noon until 4:00 in the afternoon.

The maximum temperature in the interior is expected to reach 40 degrees Celsius and around 32 degrees Celsius in the higher mountains.

Tonight the weather will be mostly clear, however there may be some low clouds, mainly in the coastal areas. Locally, mainly during the early morning hours, light mist or fog is likely to form. Winds will be mainly southwest to northwest and gradually locally to northeast weak, 3 Beaufort and initially locally to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort. The sea will be calm to a little rough. The temperature will drop to around 22 degrees inland and on the coasts and around 20 degrees in the higher mountains.

Tomorrow, after the dissolution of the local low clouds or even thin fog, the weather will become mainly clear and relatively warm. Winds will initially be mainly variable light, 2 to 3 Beaufort, to become from noon and then mainly southwest to northwest light to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort and late afternoon on the southern coast moderate, 4 Beaufort. The sea will be calm to a little rough, to gradually become rough in the afternoon in the south and locally in the west and on the northern coasts. The temperature will rise to around 40 degrees inland, around 36 in the southeast and on the east coast, around 31 on the west coast, around 34 on the rest of the coast, and around 32 in the higher mountains.

Tomorrow night the weather will be mostly clear, however, temporarily, mainly on the western coast, increased low clouds may be observed. Winds will be mainly southwest to northwest weak, 3 Beaufort and transient locally to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort. The sea will gradually become generally calm to slightly rough.

Over the next three days, the weather will be mostly sunny. During the evening and morning hours, locally increased low clouds and thin fog or mist are expected, mainly along the coast.

The temperature is expected to drop slightly on Saturday, while no appreciable change is expected until Monday, to be close to the average climatic values.
