According to the Police, due to the snowfall observed in the area of Troodos and frost, all the roads leading to Troodos are closed for traffic. The following roads are also closed due to frost:

• Kakopetrias - Karvouna
• Kakopetria-Spilia-Kannavia
In addition, due to the slippery road surface, the following roads are only open to vehicles equipped with anti-skid chains or four-wheel drive:

• Agios Theodoros - Zoopigi
• Agios Theodoros- Papoutsas
• Paleochori-Agros
• Agrou-Chandria
• Chandria-Kyperountas-Karvouna
• Pelendriou-Potamitissa

• Orkoda-Kampos
ONLY for vehicles equipped with anti-skid chains or with traffic on all four wheels in the province of Nicosia are the roads Palaichori - Aska, Aska - Fterikoudiou, Fterikoudiou - Alonas - Platanistasas, Lagouderon - Xyliatrou, Lagouterou - Lagouderou and Lagouderon-Madaris.
Therefore, drivers using the above roads are advised to be especially careful and drive at low speeds to avoid road collisions.
