The Police, in the context of investigating a case of illegal possession of property, proceeded to arrest a 26-year-old man yesterday.

The 26-year-old was spotted yesterday in a folk market in Larnaca, exhibiting and selling footwear, which had been stolen this month from a company's warehouse in Nicosia.

In the possession of the 26-year-old, 119 pairs of shoes (of various brands) were found, as well as a sum of money, which came from the sales of said shoes.

Also, following his written consent, a search was conducted at his home in Nicosia, where more than 200 pairs of shoes were located and taken.

When interrogated, the 26-year-old allegedly admitted to committing the above offences.

TAE Nicosia continues the exams.
