Training Program entitled "Management and Leadership: The Millennial Challenge in Cyprus"

The Productivity Center announces the conduct of a 14-hour training program entitled "Management and Leadership: The Millennial Challenge in Cyprus". The program will be held on 08 and 09/06/2022 from 08:15 a.m. until 4:15 p.m. at the Main Buildings of the Productivity Center in Nicosia (77 Kallipoleos Ave., 2100 Aglantzia. Tel 22806119).

The aim of the program is for the participants to form the necessary skills of an effective manager, to acquire the necessary knowledge and to develop the appropriate skills so that a leadership and management system can function effectively. Also, to understand the characteristics of the workforce of Cyprus and mainly the characteristics, needs, motivations and desires of the Millennial generation, to learn techniques and methods of management of this generation, to understand the importance of effective communication and vision to employees, to learn techniques of guidance, feedback and recognition of the contribution of their employees and techniques of strengthening justice in their organization.

The program "Management and Leadership: The Millennial Challenge in Cyprus" is addressed to administrative staff in middle and senior management with increased responsibilities.

The program was approved for a grant by the Human Resources Development Authority (HRDA). The companies / organizations that participate with their employees, as well as the unemployed, who meet the conditions of the HRDA, will receive the relevant grant.
