He caused damage to government buildings - Handcuffed 29-year-old

The Paphos Police arrested a 29-year-old man on Wednesday to facilitate the investigations regarding the investigation of the damage to the windows of the Paphos District Court after stone throwing last week.

According to the Assistant Police Director of Paphos Operations, Michalis Nikolaou, regarding the malicious damage to the Paphos Courthouse, an arrest warrant was obtained on Friday against a 29-year-old permanent resident of Paphos and he was arrested at 22:45 on Wednesday night.

This, Mr. Nikolaou told KYPE, is about the same person, who last week was accused of causing damage to three other government buildings, the Welfare Office, the KEP and the Provincial Labor Office in Paphos.

From the investigations of the Paphos Police, the 29-year-old is allegedly involved in the new case of causing malicious damage.
