Dangerous products, which do not meet the current legislation setting out the essential safety and health requirements, have been placed on the market in the European Union. The Department of Labor Inspection, of the Ministry of Labor, Welfare and Social Security, informs employers, employees and the consumer public that according to data registered in the Rapid Information Exchange System (RAPEX) of the European Union the following products are dangerous.
MEANS OF PERSONAL PROTECTION
1. Protective mask of Chinese origin.

The retention of particles by the filter is insufficient (measured value ≤ 44,1%). As a result, excessive amounts of particles or microorganisms can pass through the mask, increasing the risk of infection if not combined with additional protection measures. The product does not comply with the Personal Protective Equipment Regulation.
2. Protective mask of Chinese origin.

The retention of particles by the filter is insufficient (measured value ≤ 64,6%). As a result, excessive amounts of particles or microorganisms can pass through the mask, increasing the risk of infection if not combined with additional protection measures. The product does not comply with the Personal Protective Equipment Regulation.
3. Protective mask of Chinese origin.

As a result, excessive amounts of particles or microorganisms can pass through the mask, increasing the risk of infection if not combined with additional protection measures. 4. Protective mask of Chinese origin.

As a result, excessive amounts of particles or microorganisms can pass through the mask, increasing the risk of infection if not combined with additional protection measures. 6. Protective mask of Chinese origin.
RAPEX Report: Report 52, No. Notification INFO / 00179/20
The product is CE marked but has not been certified as protective equipment by a Notified Body. As a result, the product may not meet the safety and health requirements and therefore may not protect properly if not combined with additional protection measures. The product does not comply with the Personal Protective Equipment Regulation.
