The Police is also on full alert, with the new measures bringing adjustments to the Police with the Chief of Force, already giving instructions to the Police Directorates for adjustment of duties and hours, as now its members will be on foot throughout during the night for the correct observance of the measures.
Regarding the penalties, if someone violates the measures, whether it is the use of a mask or a violation of the measures for travel, the fine is 300 euros. If the offense of violation of trafficking measures is accompanied by another offense, a criminal case will be opened, while if the offenses are repeated, then the offender will be brought before a Court.
Minors do not escape the fines either as the fines will apply in case they are reported for violation of the measures. The Police is expected, in fact, to have a strong presence in the mountain resorts for fear of excursions by students. Despite the fact that the measures are in force, the Police has prepared an action plan in case students or hoteliers violate the decrees.
