Digital payment after the issuance of a Tax Enforcement Notice

The payment of tax debts arising after the issuance of a tax enforcement notice is carried out only through an electronic bank (internet banking) and not through the JCCsmart platform, reminds the Tax Department.

In a statement, the Department of Taxation of the Ministry of Finance states that more information and guidance is available on the Department's website in the Home Page/ e-Services/ e-Payments section.

Finally, it states that the payments appear on the Tax Portal "Payment Status", after three working days have passed since the payments were made.
