The date of resumption of applications for sponsorship of bicycles is expected to be announced very soon by the Minister of Transport Giannis Karousos, as a competent source from the Ministry of Transport told ThemaOnline.
The Minister is also expected to give explanations for the reason why the page was dropped. It is recalled that the Ministry announced on Monday, November 1, the suspension of the electronic Gateway application for a bicycle subsidy due to the excessive simultaneous interest shown in submitting applications.
According to the competent source, there were several users who created an account on the portal, which is the first step, but none of them managed to complete the application process.
