From December 15, 2023, the photo-marking system is extended to the province of Larnaca.
A total of 18 fixed cameras will operate in 6 locations.
Four photo-signaling camera devices will be activated, which will control violations related to the violation of the red signal, the white line and the speed, at the intersection of Spyros Kyprianou and Alexandrou Panagoulis Avenues.
Four devices will check the same violations at the intersection of Artemis and Faneromeni Avenues,
Four devices will check the same violations at the Intersection of Spyros Kyprianou Avenue and Luther King and Pavlos Vasalseridis streets.
Two devices will check the same violations at the junction of Archbishop Makarios III and Archbishop Kyprianou avenues.
Also, two camera devices will be installed on the Larnaca - Dekelia road after the 15' kilometer and two camera devices on the Larnaca - Dekelia road after the 8' kilometer.
These devices will only check speed and obvious violations.
Furthermore, a table is attached with all the places where cameras are already installed and working, the places that will be working in Larnaca, as well as the others where cameras will be installed in the near future.

The goal is always the reduction of serious and fatal road collisions, as well as the strengthening of the correct road awareness, by the users of the road network.
