The works of Professor George Gabriel are at the free discretion of every citizen. However, the disciplinary investigation and the attempt of silencing and persecution by the Anastasiadis-Alarm government against the artist professor for works he created and presented outside of educational / professional time and space is inadmissible in a democratic country. It is also an indication of a profound and reactionary conservatism, practices and perceptions that belong to other eras.

AKEL calls on the Anastasiadis-Alarm government and the Minister of Education to immediately end any kind of disciplinary investigation against the artist professor.
