The Pancyprian Association of Leisure Center Owners (PASIKA) will hold a peaceful and symbolic protest with a procession of vehicles from the new GSP to the Presidential Palace and the House of Representatives.
The event will take place on February 26. Participants will start at 11 a.m. from the new GSP. As mentioned in an announcement of the Association, a memorandum will be delivered for the President of the Republic.
The statement said: "The unjust treatment of the leisure industry industry throughout the pandemic is considered a given, during which it was unjustly targeted by experts and the state, causing huge financial losses, endangering the survival of many businesses or small or large and of course with meager financial support for many from the state ".
"At the same time, attempts are being made by underground efforts of certain circles to cause the maximum disruption of the operation of the industry of 98,5% of the leisure centers, trying to introduce foreign morals under various pretexts and vine philosophies", the announcement added.
