The preventive programs of the Dental Services of the Ministry of Health in schools continue, taking all the necessary protective measures and observing the relevant protocols, said the Director of Dental Services, Christakis Tselepos.
Mr. Tselepos, who attended the Ordinary General Assembly of the Dental Association of Paphos on Wednesday, told KYPE that the Dental Services took swift steps to ensure that the dental clinics continue to work safely. The aim is not to deprive citizens of access to dental care and, consequently, to reduce any inequalities, he said.
Mr. Tselepos also congratulated the Paphos Dental Association for its valuable contribution to the vaccination program of the Ministry of Health, after their members were invited and staffed a non-profit vaccination center in the province of Paphos.
He also congratulated the outgoing Board. of the Dental Association of Paphos and wished every success to the new Board, expressing the certainty that they will continue their good cooperation for the good of society and their profession.
