The Paphos Police arrested a 25-year-old man, who was wanted for an investigated case of burglary and theft of objects and a sum of money of approximately €9.000, on Wednesday afternoon.
The 25-year-old's wife, aged 24, has already been arrested for the case.

In his statements to KYPE, the Assistant Police Director of Paphos Operations, Michalis Nikolaou, stated that on February 3, a priest reported to the Police that an office located in the courtyard of Agia Paraskevi in Geroskipou had been broken into the night before.
The burglary based on the examinations of the members of the Pafos ADE was achieved after a wooden window was broken.
The 25-year-old interrogated after his arrest allegedly confessed to the commission of the crime, and stated that the amount of money he received was not 5.000 euros but around 9.000 euros which come from faithful contributions.
Furthermore, two pairs of gold cufflinks belonging to the priest were also stolen.
