Today, the weather will be partly cloudy and isolated showers are expected, as well as snow or sleet in the mountains. Winds will be mainly northeast to easterly, light to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort and transient locally moderate to strong, 4 to 5 Beaufort. The sea will be a little rough and locally a little rough to rough. The temperature will rise to around 16 degrees inland and on the coasts and around 4 degrees in the higher mountains. In the evening the weather will be mostly clear, but locally there will be temporarily increased clouds.
