The Ministry of Health announced that in the week of January 27 – February 2 there were 4 deaths from COVID and 1.497 new cases. The number of hospitalized patients is 65 and the positivity rate was 2,33%.
The deaths concern 2 women and 2 men aged between 69 and 84 years.
Of the 65 patients, 13 are in serious condition (ICU: 0 off ventilator/8 intubated, ICU: 5).
A total of 64.166 diagnostic tests were performed and 1.497 new cases were detected (total number of cases 644.160).
The total number of molecular tests (PCR) is 1.719, of which 127 positive cases were obtained (Positivity rate 7,39%).
The total number of rapid antigen detection tests (Rapid Test) was 62.447 and there were 1.370 positive cases (2,19% positive rate).
On a private initiative, 1.364 molecular tests were performed, 69 positive cases were identified (positivity rate 5,06%) and 38.149 rapid antigen detection tests with 1.203 positive cases (positivity rate 3,15%).
Through the Ministry of Health programs, 24.298 rapid antigen detection tests were performed and 167 positive cases were identified, and at the sampling points, 16.498 rapid detection tests were performed and 97 positive cases were detected (positivity rate 0,59%).
In Primary Education, 1.018 rapid antigen detection tests were performed, 1 positive case was detected (positivity rate 0,1%) and in Secondary Education 206 rapid detection tests were performed, with no positive cases detected (positivity rate 0%).
In nursing homes, 5.134 rapid antigen detection tests were performed and 58 positive cases were identified (positivity rate 1,13%) and in closed structures 1.442 antigen rapid detection tests were performed, 11 new cases were detected (positivity rate 0,76%).
