Spring pancetta salad

Ingredients

• half a ciapatta loaf, cut into cubes
• 400 gr.
• 1/2 onion
• 1 cucumber, sliced
• 3 cloves
• 1/2 cup oil for bread
• 4 wp butter
• 1/2 cup parsley
• 8 basil leaves
• 1 tbsp. vinegar
• 3 tbsp. dressing oil
• salt and pepper

Implementation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Heat over medium heat the oil we have kept for the pieces of bread together with the butter in a fireproof pan, suitable for the oven.

Once the butter has melted, add the garlic and the pieces of bread and mix well. Transfer the pan to the oven where we bake for 15 minutes, until the bread turns brown and then leave it to cool.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. In a large bowl, mix the tomatoes, cucumber and onion. Combine the vinegar with the 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper and add the mixture to the salad. Stir. Add the bread and spices and continue mixing. H she is ready.
