• 2 tablespoons olive oil

Implementation

1. Put the onion and parsley in the bowl of the electric chopper and mash.
2. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients for the burger. You will put as much toast as needed, so that it becomes a pliable mixture.
3. Divide the dough into 4 and shape the burgers.
4. Heat a non-stick frying pan well and start baking the burgers until all sides are well browned.
