Goat ribs on the coals

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 1 kg of ribs
  • juice of 3 lemons
  • Coarse salt
  • fine salt
  • 1 tbsp. oregano
  • pepper
  • 2 tbsp of mustard
  • 1 tbsp paprika soup
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

Implementation

  1. Beat the lemon juice, a little pepper, the mustard, the paprika and the olive oil in a blender.
  2. Wash the ribs, dry them in water and set them aside.
  3. Turn on the coals, put the grill near the fire and add a little coarse salt to the coals.
  4. Bake each side for 2 minutes, raise the grill to a higher level and spread them with the sauce. Bake each side for 4-7 minutes.
  5. Very small and thin pieces need less time, so you turn them earlier. Once you remove them from the heat, add the salt and serve.
