Cake with dried fruits

Ingredients for 4 people

• 200 grams of butter
• 150 grams of sugar
• 4 large eggs
• 300 grams of flour g.o.x.
• 5 kg baking powder
• Orange zest
• 1 kg cinnamon
• 300 grams of various chopped dried fruits

Implementation

1. Butter and flour a large elongated mold and preheat the oven to 180 degrees in air and resistance.
2. Beat the butter with the sugar until fluffy and add the eggs one by one.
3. Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, zest and dried fruit and mix.
4. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for 40 minutes with 1 hour.
