We spread the puff pastry sheet on our workbench and pass it gently with a rolling pin just enough to straighten the creases of the sheet.
Place one puff pastry sheet on a floured surface and cut it into 6 thin strips.
Spread 1 tbsp. butter in all strips and sprinkle with brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon.
Place the apple slices in a row on each strip of puff pastry, making sure the skin protrudes from the puff pastry strip.
Fold each strip to cover the middle of the apple slices and wrap them in a rose shape.
Repeat the same process with the rest of the puff pastry.
We take a form for cupcakes and oil them with a little oil.
Put a apple pie in each case and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes. Leave to cool a bit and serve.
