Brisket with mustard sauce

Ingredients for 4 people

Implementation

  • 800 grams of pork fillets (from brisket)
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 200 ml white wine
  • 1 medium dry onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 bunch chopped parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 300 grams of mustard
  1. On a cutting board, season the pork fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Then pour the butter into a pan and let it heat well.
  3. Saute the pork fillets for 5 minutes on each side and add the pepper, onion and garlic.
  4. Stir in the wine, allow the liquids to drain and add the mustard and cook for about 30 minutes on low heat.
  5. If the sauce tightens, add a little more wine.
  6. When the food is ready, take it out of the oven and accompany it if you want with rice.
