Spaghetti bolognese with carrot

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 500 gr. spaghetti
  • 1 cube of vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 500 gr. minced pork
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 ½ flitz. tomato juice
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • Or a teaspoon of cinnamon
  • salt
  • pepper

Implementation

  1. In a saucepan with boiling water, first put the broth and boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package so that they become al dente.

  3. Add the minced meat and season with salt and pepper. Stir constantly until the minced meat turns white.

  6. Finally, add the pasta to the sauce, mix well and serve.
