Recipe for Cool Passion Fruit Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 4 chili peppers
• 1 fl. passion fruit juice tea
• 1/3 cup tea olive oil
• Juice from a lemon
• Salt
• A pinch of chopped coriander

Implementation

Boil the chili peppers in enough water for about 15 minutes.

Strain and cool with ice water.

Peel and chop finely, removing the seeds.

step 4

Blend the chili peppers with the passion fruit juice, oil and lemon juice until you have a smooth and creamy sauce.

Add the chopped cilantro and salt to taste and mix well.
