Recipe: Orange liqueur with brandy and wine

White wine gives a delicate taste to this liqueur but also a finer color. A nice suggestion for wine is the highly aromatic Moschofilero.

  1. To make orange liqueur with brandy and wine, first, we wash the oranges and with a sharp knife we ​​remove the peel by cutting it into strips, taking care not to cut the white part together.
  2. Put the peels together with the brandy in the white wine and leave them for 1 month.
  3. Strain well and add the sugar. Stir until dissolved.
  4. Then we fill bottles with orange liqueur and close it airtight.
