AYGOROU: Karousos provided solutions to the Community's problems (VIDEO & IMAGES)

The Minister of Transport, Communications and Works, Giannis Karousos, paid a visit to the Avgorou Community today, Wednesday, April 6.

In a meeting with the Commonwealth of Avgoros and the Members of the Community Council, problems of the Community and ways to solve them were discussed.

Specifically, ways were discussed to strengthen SKE Avgoros and the Club of the Elderly. The Minister showed his intention to solve the problem of transportation of the elderly, by providing a bus.

Afterwards, in his statements, Mr. Karousos stated that it was decided to highlight two ancient temples that are monuments of panel B, Agios Georgios and Agia Marina, through lighting and improving access to one of them. He also added that other projects related to the Ministry of Transport will be launched, such as the expansion of Karyon Avenue and the creation of bicycle paths.

On his part, Mr. Michailas expressed his gratitude to the Minister, both for his presence in the Community, and for his response to the solution of the problems and acceptance of the requests of the Community.

The Minister also visited the Elderly Club with its Members waiting for him with σια tsiatistas who had as their main topic their request for a bus.
