Norwegians Harald and Ann-Kristin Olsen have made twenty-four holiday visits to date and the Municipality of Ayia Napa honored them with a commemorative plaque and subsequently named them "Ambassadors of Ayia Napa Tourism".
In a special ceremony held today, Wednesday, August 31, 2022, the Cultural Officer of the Municipality, Mrs. Maria Tofini Tsantila, awarded them, on behalf of the Mayor, Mr. Christos Zannettos, the highest distinction of the Municipality, expressing at the same time his heartfelt thanks for their numerous visits and for their special preference that they have shown all these years towards Ayia Napa.
He also pointed out that they now belong to the big family of Ayia Napa.
