Three-day detention orders were imposed by the Paphos District Court against three persons for violation of the decree of the Law on Disinfection and for forgery.
According to the Police, a vehicle in which three people were riding, a 30-year-old woman, and two men aged 35 and 46 did not have the necessary documents for an exit permit.
The three persons, two men and a woman, as revealed by the police interrogation, work in a hotel accommodation in Ayia Napa and have obtained permission from their boss to move only in Ayia Napa and only during working hours.
The three persons came to Paphos and as it emerged from further examinations, it seems that they falsified the document they had in their possession by their employer, in order to show that they are entitled to travel in Paphos as well.
Their action was noticed by the investigators and the three persons were taken to the Offices of the Paphos Crime Investigation Department for interrogation.
There the three persons confessed to committing the crimes. and were brought before the Paphos Court which imposed a three-day detention on them.
