They "dust" the house of a well-known businessman in Ayia Napa

Large-scale searches at the home of a well-known businessman in the Famagusta free area are carried out early in the morning by members of the Crime Detection Department of the Police Headquarters, the Motorized Immediate Action Unit and the Special Counter-Terrorism Unit.

The members of the Police arrived in a coordinated manner at the house of the specific person in Ayia Napa, having in their hands a relevant court decree, which was issued in the context of the efforts to fight organized crime.

According to information, a large amount of cash and a number of cartridges were found in a safe in the house, while violations of the relevant legislation concerning the installation and operation of closed circuit monitoring were found in private premises.

A well-informed source told alphanews.live that during the searches of the armed police officers at the businessman's home, both their wife and their minor child were at the scene.
