The Municipality of Ayia Napa rewarded the repeat visitors in an effort to reciprocate the love shown by foreign tourists in the city of Ayia Napa and thus reward their choice.
Specifically, the Municipality of Ayia Napa last week honored a total of 14 Swedish and Norwegian tourists, for their multiple visits and were named "Tourism Ambassadors of the Tourist Resort of Ayia Napa".
The Municipality of Ayia Napa has established the reward for foreign tourists who in recent years have made more than 20 visits to spend their holidays. Impressive, of course, is the fact that a couple from Sweden has visited Ayia Napa more than 40 times.
The awards were made by the Deputy Mayor of the city, Vassos Xydias and the Municipal Councilor, Dimitris Ttofinis.
