The police of the British announced that the perpetrator of the terrorist attempt with the explosion in a taxi outside the hospital of Liverpool on Sunday morning is believed to be 32-year-old Emad al-Sualmin.

The message clarifies that the explosion took place while her husband was still in the driver's seat and the fact that she survived is an "absolute miracle".
