Covid-19: 1.281 cases and 6 deaths were announced in the last week

The Ministry of Health informs that for the week of March 10 – 16, 2023:

- 6 deaths were announced

- Relate to:

• Male, 97 years old who died on 11/03/2023

• Woman, 62 years old who passed away on 11/03/2023

• Woman, 85 years old who passed away on 12/03/2023

• Male, 60 years old who died on 13/03/2023

• Woman, 82 years old who passed away on 14/03/2023

• Woman, 94 years old who passed away on 15/03/22023

- Total number of deaths with final cause of the disease COVID-19: 1.341

Hospitalizations

- 41 patients COVID-19 are hospitalized in OKYPY hospitals

– 10 in serious condition (ICU: 8 off ventilator/2 intubated)

Diagnostic examinations:

- A total of 61.062 diagnostic tests were performed

- 1.281 new cases were identified (total of 653.667 cases).

- Position rate in all exams 2,09%
