Tatar incendiary statement: There is no Cypriot nation, only Greeks and Turks

No one can ignore the reality of the existence of the pseudo-state, he claimed, "no one can underestimate the Turkish Cypriots with the courage and heroism that emerged at that time, with the price paid."

Ersin Tatar has spoken out against dissidents who say his policies are wrong. "In these processes, I believe that people who think like us should always be loyal to their homeland and that Turkish Cypriots should be able to fight this struggle with their own national identity and spirituality," he said.
