A cinematic pursuit of a wanted person took place this morning in Paphos.
According to Sigma's correspondent, Mario Ignatiou, a wanted person refused to stop at the suggestion of police and developed speed to escape with his vehicle.
After being chased by the Police, the vehicle was finally immobilized when it crashed into a shop window on a main street of the city.
Police then arrested the driver.
According to the same information, the suspect was wanted by the Authorities for burglary and theft cases.
The scene was cordoned off and members of the Police are conducting searches in the vehicle of the arrested person.
