He went to "fly" to France with someone else's passport - How the authorities "fought" him

A 26-year-old man was detained on Monday for a case of forgery in Paphos.

According to a representative of the Paphos police department, a specific person went to Paphos airport yesterday in order to leave for France. During the passport control, the specific person presented a Greek travel document and a Greek residence permit, which belonged to another person.

During interrogation, he admitted that he is a citizen of an African country and an asylum seeker. He was subsequently arrested and remanded in custody. The examinations are continued by the Paphos Police.
