Paphos Police are investigating a case of vehicle arson and theft.
According to a Representative of the Communication Branch of the Police Headquarters, at 21:30 last night a vehicle was found burning on the road Stroumbiou - Kathika.
Further examination revealed that the vehicle was owned by a British permanent resident of Theletra.
As stated by the owner of the vehicle, did not notice the theft of his vehicle which is estimated to have occurred shortly after eight last night after about an hour later the vehicle was set on fire.
The value of the vehicle is estimated at 4 thousand euros.
At the scene today, investigations are expected by the Police in order to collect evidence and locate the alleged perpetrators.
